Refund Policy
Cancel anytime · إلغاء بضغطة في أي وقت
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which it stops without further charges. We do not issue automatic refunds for the unused portion.
Arab Whale wants pricing and billing to be simple and predictable. This policy explains what happens when you cancel and how refund requests are handled.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings to prevent the next automatic renewal. Your paid features remain fully available until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Refunds
We do not offer automatic refunds. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, or you have an exceptional situation (for example a duplicate charge or a service outage that materially prevented use), contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
All refund decisions are ultimately handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.
How to Request a Review
Email support@arabwhale.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your order ID (or the email used at checkout) and a short description of what happened.
You may also raise a request directly with our payment provider at paddle.net.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle.com under Paddle's Refund Policy. Once approved, refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
We may decline requests that show signs of abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
